My Dingo painting update..
I have been unwell for a day or so, so I was a bit reluctant to paint.
Felt better last night, so, back to the easel I went.
After pulling an all nighter...I got a fair amount done...not finished though....
I decided my original plans for his neck and body was a bit ordinary, so I went back to my reference photos and combined better features fron two of the photo I have...
It meant more work, but I like it.....
So far, I have almost finished the right side -- maybe a few a few minor tweaks to do, once the left side of him is done.
The neck/chest fur on the right is mostly base coat in this photo.
-----------
I'll get a few hours sleep today and make this afternoon and tonight my painting session...
Nearly there with this painting....It's been a challenge all the way.
Cheers

The dingo has such a lifelike facial expression!

The shading is bringing a realistic element.
