Can  anyone advise me on a book or dvd that will show me simply how to loosen up my watercolourings? It always turns out a mess!! Much obliged

Thankyou Thaneeya, I looked at the youtube demo and it looks very helpful. I will certainly give it a go. I won't stop doing tight realism but the loose paintings I've seen always seem more relaxed. I'm always looking for ways to better my art.

Hi, I know this post is old....but I just wanted to say that I have found "Angela Fehr" a Canandian watercolor artist on Youtube very helpful for this topic. She even has online classes, but many videos on her channel for free as well.
