Can anyone give advice on drawing this carriage it is really tough for me ... I can not get the perspective right ...

Using a straight edge/ruler; look closely to the wheels in relation to the body and the handle. I am thinking the wheel located under the back part is to close to the front wheel. Don't be afraid to lightly draw in the lines and establish planes for the components of the buggy. Hope that helps.
