I hope im not commenting out of place here, forgive me if I am and just delete! Does anyone know what markers you can use for rock art, markers that wont run when you paint varnish over them? Any help would be appreciated :D

This is a great idea. It can save a lot of money for people who aren't sure what to buy and to answer questions about different products. To have it all in one place and not have to search things out is just icing on the cake.

I've never used Daniel Smith watercolors, but I have heard that they are very high quality, comparable to W&N.  Daniel Smith is a fantastic, world renowned artist, so I highly doubt he'd put his name to inferior paints.

This is a brilliant idea, Gail.  Because so many people, including me, need to know how certain art brands behave, without having to spend loads of $$ to find out.  I wish TAC was around, when I was in the beginning stages of my art and I had no idea what to buy, and what not to buy, or where to buy it!  (Dick Blick, of course!  :)

It was said that while the 'Art world' discuss the merits of artworks, real artist discuss the price of brushes, I feel honoured to be invited to be with real artists.
