I have been painting on Cardboard since Jan.   My goal has been to do something with Paints 5 days a week.   Cardboard has been wonderful for me...not intimidating, easy to throw out and free...just cut boxes apart.

it's good when you can create with freedom!  Your skies and boats and waters - lovely colours happening Carollee.  Nice to meet you here

Thank you Carol M

So glad cardboard freed you! I enjoy your work.

Hey, when you work with cardboard do you do any prep work like gesso first?

Yes, i started that way and moved to sketch books, then the paper bulked so on to watercolor paper and canvas paper.  I am now just starting my first honest to goodness canvas...I will keep you posted.
