Hi everybody. I am currently starting a completely new series of works that is absolutely out of my comfort zone. I am also not sure how I will be able to market it or if I will be able to find sales points for the work I will be producing.

Has anybody in the group taken similar risks and was it worth while? For me, the worst part about art is the business side, so taking such a huge step in faith is a bit on the scary side.

I would really appreciate your feedback

Depends on what the work is. Do you have pictures?

Hi Laura! No...not yet. I am still busy working on the first one. I will basically be incorporating sculpting and painting...3D art would be the best way to describe it. I love painting and I love sculpting, so I thought I might as well throw the two together. :-D

Sounds exciting. Without knowing what it is, it's hard to figure how to market it. Enjoy the process.

I will show he first one as soon as I have it up and running, which will hopefully be somewhere during the weekend. :D
