A Pattern

A PATTERN . . .

Enjoyed working on this, between studying, over the past few days - the trees hide a multitude of design problems. The green and yellowish field in the background below the blue hills and the clouds look awfully bare without the pattern of tree trunks covering them, and the flowers in front of the green field at the foot of the picture take care of a bare green field as well.
Enjoyed finding a solution, of sorts.

Another really interesting a creative piece Gordon...I really like it Great colour as well. Lots of work here in this piece too.

Thanks John - yes these pics do take some time to get together - sometimes they lie half dormant for a month or two . . .
