what you did with the coloring on dreams of a patchwork bunny really speaks to me. the contemporary drawing with the sepia tone...fells very old world and 2012 at the same time. nice effect!

Thaneeya,  I too use the Wacom paint tablet.  I love using it.  I see from your work displayed that you have a steady hand.  What is your favorite "go to" medium to use with the tablet.  I tend to gravitate toward chalk.  Have you done any paintings on photographs with your tablet?  I also want to say, what a brilliant idea making coloring books from your work.  You are a bigger than life talent, and an inspiration.

Hi Lori, Thanks so much for your kind comments.  :)   It's cool to hear you love using your Wacom!  I still am very much a beginner with it.  I'm not sure which brush I usually use, since I'm in the experimental phase and try everything until it looks right.  To digitally color in my ink sketches, I usually select one of the "dry media" brushes and put it at a light opacity, and build up the color by going over the same spot until its how I want it.

I haven't yet tried painting on photographs with my Wacom.  That would be an interesting idea though. Have you done that?  At this stage I still prefer painting with actual paint, so it may take awhile before I venture further into the possibilities of the Wacom!
