I had an great aunt who lived in Govan and I remember the tenements and the washing, the midden and the women of the house "windie hingin'" All gone now and I think for the better.  Enjoyed viewing your art work.  I love the little dog in the corner.

I know how you feel about being nostalgic for that "dear green place".   Another aunt lived in Robroyston and my Mum and me used to get a 102 trolley bus up High Street past the Royal Infirmary where a large sign was displayed with "Queit Please written on it.   Now no one will believe me when I tell than about the trolley busses.  I am not a born Glaswegian but spent a lot of my time in Glasgow as was growing up.

Oh great job on this. My best friend  hailed from  Cotebridge  and  while I never visited  she often spoke of the Tenements
