which one

at the weekend we're going looking for a furry family member and the problem is you feel like you want to take them all home.. it's going to be a family outing with two of my children, my daughter in law and two grandchildren which is going to make it harder and it's going to be a hard fought battle between my son and his wife because she wants one as well but they live in a flat.. oh well doggies have your CVs ready and get ready to make sad eyes at us

I think more in lines of scruff at the moment but a good pair of sad eyes could persuade me , there are limits though  I've never been keen on .,'anything  the size of a rat that could be fitted in a hand bag I've always bern frighted of stepping on them

They all look great Paul....like I said hard to turn down a pair of loving eyes which I am sure they will all have. Good luck to you.

Thanks John this one is going to be very hard as there's seven of us going to look, we've always had animals, dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and fish but it dogs you get closest too.

This is truly tough Paul, as I know from my son's two Battersea dogs.  Love their expressions.

Thank you we got our previous two dogs from. battersea, we had the first for 15 years and the one we just lost was 13. I would never go to a breeder when there are so many abandoned dogs needing homes

All such cute expressions, Paul. I know the feeling of wanting them all. That's how I felt when we visited the animal shelter looking for a friend to adopt. They are all so irresistible. Best of luck and I hope you find the right one!

I'm sure we will thank you , Our last dog woody was considered a problem dog as we were  his third home in a year . He was frightened of older people and terrified of children. ,  When my daughter was expecting we would sit down in the evenings with this doll that made noises cuddling it telling him it was Liam., We felt foolish but knew we had to help him overcome his fear. When my grandson arrived they because fantastic friends and he was brilliant with all children.......like all relationship s both sides have to make a big effort to make them work
