Summer

Ok so summer is here.  School is out.  And I thought I didn't have time to be creative before.  I don't know why I think Ill be able to do it  now,  But I really want to try! Ive got projects lined up everywhere.  In the garden, scrapbooking, painting and drawing.  I still cant seem to get started.  Although I did get started with a chair I did for an author visit at my sons school.  So I did do something and it felt really good.  So maybe that opened the door for me!!! Have to wait and see!!!!!See More

sunshine!

Hello friends.  It is sunny today! yeah.  After 80s last week it is currently 40 degrees.  But seems to be getting better! Getting out some of the plants.  We have banana trees and other tropical plants that we do in out yard in the summer.  We try to put in out little tropical oasis in nky.  People are surprised.  We put them around our gazebo. Really work on our yard and spend a lot of time out there! Grilling and cooking out, drinking lol.  And wish we had a…

Birthday party was a great success!  Thanks for all the great posts!  I now move on to another project.  I have been asked by my sons librarian to work on some pics for a author visit they are having at his school.. I have tried to find a roll of butcher paper, but can find no one to buy it from.  So Ill just be using some fairly large art paper from a pad I had previously purchased.  I guess they will have to be big enough.  I am going to try in use a project I pinned on pinterest for…

OK, Ive been sick for almost a month now and really tired of it!!!!!! Im ready to feel better and ready to start creating.  Im in a winter Funk!  So tired and tired of being tired... oh well, enough of that.  I complain that Im not as creative as I would like to be but I realize that Im creative on a daily basis.  For instance... Tomorrow is my sons birthday.  and of course sunday is easter.  So we are waiting to do his celebration with his friends the next weekend, which begins spring…
