Art & Me

So a long time ago I used to paint.  I even considered a career in art.  Then life happened... marriage, career(s), kids, showing and raising horses. But I always wanted to paint again.  Lucky for me, my son bought me some art supplies for Christmas and my daughter begged for a painting she could hang in her house.  So here I am...  ready to start.  I thought this might be the perfect place to get ideas and to push me back into it.

Hang with me... I've forgotten a lot and much of the materials have changed.  But it would not be any fun if I didn't learn some new stuff.

As far as goals... my main goal is to paint something new and different every month.  I'm a few months behind.  ha!

I look forward to cyber-meeting folks here.
