Thank you Kat. I recently read a book titled "Daily Painting" by Carol Marine and it was life changing for me. Now I paint/collage daily completing a 6x6 inch panel a day and posting them on the site "Dailypaintworks.com" I really now love going into my studio and painting daily. If you read this book please let's discuss it. I would love to know what you think.
Hi Thomas, About your question about doing your art. I think it's just what you like, so keep developing it. I really like your art. Keep going. I understand because I find myself repeating too.I hope this helps. I'm sure someone out there can answer this question better.
Hi Thomas, to see my art work just click on my name, I only uploaded 8 so far, will be posting more soon. Welcome to the Art Colony! Looking forward to see more of your art. Enjoy the site. I love it !!!!!
Hi Thomas, and thank you for the friendship invitation. I apologise for the delay in responding - winter storms here have caused a bit of havoc with the electricity supply and internet connection. Until they invent wood-fired or gas-powered internet (hehe) I guess this will keep on happening to us out here on the windy coast. I hope that you have found the sketchbook you wanted. I don't know here in the US you might find one, as I'm not best situated to know (being based in New Zealand), but if you try Dick Blick (who advertises on the bottom right of this page), that shop does seem to have EVERYTHING!
