As I have recently lost both my parents (within 6 months of each other) I find Zentagling takes me to a quiet place when things get too stressful.. I would love to win a copy of this book as I am always wanting to learn more tangles..

Kind regards

Meredith Hay

Hi I became aware of the healing qualities of zen drawing after a friend showed me how to do a couple. Having difficulty sleeping was stressful but as soon as I did some zen drawing I found it very calming. I would love to pass this healing art onto others who are struggling.

I was introduced to Zentangling on a carers respite weekend. I loved the process and the stillness it bought my minds which is usually so stressed! I would love to win this book to expand on the small amount of knowledge I have gained.

I would love to win this book ,because it's the first time  for me I've heard about it ,and it's a chance to have some thing valuable to teach to my nieces as they keep asking their mother to teach them how to draw ,and by it I can engage them to me instead of saying rude things to me like :" no one wants you " as Iam not a married woman and older than their father .

I would love to win this book to be able to share it with a small arty crafty group of which I belong too . We all do different forms of craft and love sharing it with each other .I feel this book with let us all learn something new

Thank youfor giving me a chance to have a go Bev

Because I am IN the book :-)

Hi Meredith, I know where you're coming from. I lost both of my parents within 3 months, very tough. At that time I wasn't involved in art. Good luck on winning the book!
