i would like to improve my skills in pencil drawing of my pets.

I would like to win this book to help make me a better activity coach, arts & crafts, with the resident Alzheimer patients I work with. All have talents which are mostly unreachable.

my first lesson was from a Lee Hammond book from my library. I was amazed at the end result. I have been drawing and taking classes since. I would love to have this dvd to help improve my art work. I truly love Miss Hammonds art and the way she teaches. thank you for your consideration.

I would love to win this DVD. I am new to making art, teaching myself to draw, paint and do some mixed media. I am not able to attend classes due to health limitations so am looking for some lessons I can do from my home. This would be a wonderful thing to have.

Love to have it to improve my drawing skills.  What can I say?   No sob stories or special reasons.  I was going to tell you my life's ups and downs to win it but the fact is that I just want it.

I would love to win this DVD because I have MS and don't get out very often. Art is one of the only things that makes me feel like I am a functioning person as I read art books to help me spend my time. This way I am not on the computer all the time, like other people I know. I really would like to learn to draw and it would make me feel so good to be able to do it well. It would help me in so many ways.

I have always wanted to take an art class but I can't afford it. If I won this DVD I could, hopefully, make good use of my time and be able to make gifts and surprise the people who help me out.

I am a beginner in drawing. So I would love to win this DVD because I really need to improve my skill. In my place, really hard to find good book of drawing. So, I really hope to win this DVD :)

My son's dog Maggie recently had to be put to sleep.  She was very old and could not walk.  Before she passed on, they brought a new puppy in the home, Zoe, who now is 6 months old.  We took pictures of the two of them together and i thought it would be nice if i painted  a portrait of the two pets for my granddaughter, who is 9-1/2.  I had painted Maggie many years ago, but i never was able to capture her expression, the look in her eyes or those special features that your pet has.  I feel this DVD could help me in this endeavor.  Thank you for your consideration.

I have always been interested in life-like drawing. While in high school and college I drew faces and figures in the margins of, literally, all my notes. Most of my early childhood drawings were of "realistic" paperdolls. I still have samples of those because my mother confiscated them and stored them away. I am now 74 and my interest has never waned and though my drawings have improved, I would love to have a video to help me with shading and composition. I won't ever be a professional, but I would love to pass on my small talent in the form of pictures my children and grandchildren would be proud to own. I know that Lee Hammond's DVD would be a wonderful tool because of her unique and special teaching methods. All the books in the world are useless if they sit on a shelf, but a DVD that actually walks you through the process would be an invaluable tool.

I have started making pencil portraits quite recently. I did not have the opportunity to go to a proper art school and learn the basics of art,but  as my interest in art is so much that I always try to learn at every opportunity that I get. I am sure this DVD can provide great techniques and skills to improve my art further...One can never be perfect or complete....the learning process goes on throughout our lives....so I would definitely like to learn some more through this DVD...Thank You.

I would just like to win something art related.  I would study it to improve my drawing skills.  Thanks for the offer.

I would like to win this cd because I'm on the way of becoming an self tutored artist and I think any sort of good book or cd would be of great help to me!!!! I'm very young (still at skool) .I really wish my ambition which is to become an artist becomes true :) I have a lot of passion towards art n I'm planning to dedicate my life to art n nothing more ....I have had a great interest in art since my childhood.......So, I wish I get this cd so I can improve myself ...........!!!!!!
