I came across this channel while searching for info for journaling, wanting to make my own books for journaling and I found it very helpful.
I follow SeaLemon. Love her bookbinding tutorials, have saved them all.
I don't usually go on you tube much as it is famous for having 'false videos' and such that carry viruses etc. But I did however watch two of those videos- the Coptic book and stitching. She explained them very well.. how to make the books and also her stitching method. Her camera very steady too. I was impressed with her video quality.. most are not that good in making videos... shaky, voice not clear, hands in the way, or something. But she did really good. I have made books and I liked that stitch. it was different. very similar to my books I do... so I will try this stitch. and I like that I can vary the colors. :) but she used just plain paper... I never do. Everyone is different in what they use... how they do theirs... I use artist quality paper in mine, either heavy weight drawing paper or sometimes acrylic paper and I have added envelopes made of watercolor paper. But that is just my style. :) ( I always had to be different... my uncle is that way ( guess that is why he is an artist in California! LOL I call him the REAL artist, as its his profession and he gets paid a ton of money and is well known... and me, I am a STARVING artist... not known, not paid! HAHA)
