This month's theme is - Vintage Toys

The theme is open to all artists whatever your medium.

Please post your finished artwork in this discussion thread.

These should be new pieces completed with this theme in mind.

I can't wait to see how you interpret this - abstract, realistic, collage etc... so many opportunities for all.

jack in the box I used acrylic and water coloured paints and pencils to draw it probably made around 1900s

punch and judy  with baby this is around 1900s

spinning top I think we all had one of these...

These are all great and so well done. Thanks so much, Christine , for posting and starting off this months theme with such beautiful toys and yes I do remember having a spinning top and how beautiful the design spinning design was.

Those are brilliant Christine, that Punch and Judy looks so characterful and yes, we had a spinning top too.

WOW!  I love not only the horses but how you brought that vintage feel all the way through to the ends of the paper....wonderful!
