Welcome to the monthly theme for OCTOBER

Artwork and comments welcome from everyone!!!!

This month's theme is - GOOSEBUMPS

The theme is open to all artists whatever your medium.

Please post your finished artwork in this discussion thread.

These should be new pieces completed with this theme in mind.

Please remember to use the picture icon above text box to add images and not the attachment below. Click here for instructions on how to add an image to your forum post. This is important if you want people to be able to see your artwork!

To add your artwork, please use the "Reply to Discussion" box at the bottom of the page, NOT the "+ Add" button at the top of the page. (Otherwise your artwork will not show up in this thread.)

If you want to comment on someone's submission please do so here.

I can't wait to see how you interpret this - abstract, realistic, collage etc... so many opportunities for all.

Hissssssss! Loving the Brusho!

Thanks ,Jo. I find brush is really good to use for intuitive pieces. Brusho first and seeing what creatures pop out. Lots of fun !!

I hate snakes but this is gorgeous and that's hoes they should look if the have to be around.
Well, Sharon, I must say you're good at seeing something in there! Jan is too with her tangles!

All of these are great! Nosferatu seems to be this year's favorite fiend, he's great. Guess he never did get bumped by Gollum! There's a sweet cheeriness to seeing all of them together too, childhood memories of the one time of year I got lots of candy!

Who !!!! What ??? This really is giving me goosebumps!!! Very creepy !!! Well done,Caroline !

ty Jo, I wondered what you were on about when saying owl but i can totally see what you meant lol.  I was painting a lady but owl will do me lol :)

I saw it as a young girl. I think you have really pulled this painting off perfectly!! The whole effect is ghostly and not really being able to pin it down exactly, makes it that much scarier. !!
