How many of you out there do more than one type of art/creative venture?  For example, doing painting, as well as sculpture, or knitting.

How many different things do you do/enjoy doing?  Do you sell all types of things you make, or only one type?

I do more than one type of art, I paint - draw - color (I guess this is one type from your point of view) and I make paper-collages and I do felt. But mostly the first one mentioned, primary for the instant results. And what about you?

I do not sell, I do not want to, because they are all my babies which I wanna keep...! And besides, I do not like to make something in command, because I am constantly aware of the expectations of the other. I did something in command once, it was a design for a wedding card (I think it is in my portfolio on TAC). In one way, it was a fun process, sketching with each other, getting ideas and make it into something we all loved. On the other-hand, the groom had kind of high expectations in terms of style and sharpness of the lines, I felt kind of insecure when I was turning our sketch into the actual piece, which had to be an acrylic. I can do sharp lines and I can do acrylics, but the combination of those two didn´t work for me. Of course it turned out well in the end, I had to otherwise they didn´t get a wedding card...and I didn´t wanted to be blamed for that...LOL...

At the moment I only draw and paint, but I've recently been wanting to try polymer charms...I think they would be fun, and something new to try.

Hi nice question, I knit, crochet, do watercolor, and I paint rocks with acrylic

I scrapbook, do counted cross-stitch, collage, mixed media, lots of paper type crafts, cardmaking, calligraphy, lettering, chalk drawings,  oil pastels, pens, colored pencils, stamps, ink, embossing, and now I am learning to paint with watercolors.  I am experimenting with acrylics but not having to much success.  I really enjoy trying new things.  I want to try the inktense pencils because of the vibrant colors.

Most of the art I have done were for gifts.  Many years ago I made handpainted signs for local businesses.  I got a little extra spending money from that and it was fun.  I used to sell my handmade cards and journals in a small boutique but haven't done that in a while.  I even custom made things for clients.  It was nice but I got married and moved and kind of had to give that venture up.  The last commissioned piece was a handpainted headstone for a client's beloved cat.  That was done on a piece of slate and the client loved the piece.  Sometimes I think about opening up an etsy store but just haven't made the plunge yet.  Most of my newest art pieces have been for the swaps and so they are exchanged which I think I have enjoyed more than any other art venture yet.

Hmmm....:) I do abstract painting, mixed media, i do murals(alot of painting on walls and pillars, i do african batik on fabrics and tie and dye(textile) and alot more.

I paint, sculpt, mufti-media combo, beading, knitting (very rudimentary), pastels, ceramics. I can't keep up with it. ; )

Hi, I do.  I love cartooning, and animation but also do mixed medium, iphoneography, screen printing, painting and collage.

I do too. I like sculpting in many materials, creatively burning wood or clay; may try burning a gourd this winter. I create large found sculptures in the woods. I like to do paintings on rocks and trees, make sculpey and natural materials sculptures of fantasy woodlands creatures. I also do painting and photography and create mixed media with it in photoshop and other programs. And I enjoy creating landscapes with rocks, trees and ponds. Although I have sold some paintings ; Art is what I do for my own pleasure and communications. Sometimes I think it is a good thing my funds are limited or I might be wrapping the coast of Italy too. LOL Oh, and I play a little music too. Autoharp and a couple ocarinas.

I mainly work on drawings with ink and/or graphite, and some watercolor and gouache paintings, but I have done some sewing over the years. I've made a few quilts ( basic ones that is, nothing too complex ) for my family, as well as some sewing crafts and Halloween costumes. I'm slowing learning how to crochet. I learned a couple basic stitches from my grandmother a very long time ago, but I never took it any further than that until now. Thanks to the generous people on Youtube who post lots of crocheting tutorials, I'm learning fancy stitches that I never thought I would be able to do :)

I do mixed media, beadwork, sew little sock creatures, journal, paint, metalwork. Give me supplies and I'll make something! I go through phases, for sure!
