This comment may not make much sense, but this image reminds me of the door to the shower here. The main difference is that the forms are more geometrical and sharp-edged compared with the rounded forms of plant life on the shower glass. I took the idea and did a series of paintings using random plant shapes with lots of bright and bold colors, similar to your work. I am a big fan of bright and bold colors, so I think your work is super! I understand geometric forms can all be reduced to mathematical equations while organic forms, such as plant growth, cannot be. I was never a love of math, so that probably accounts for the difference in taste. Regardless, keep it up. It is bold and daring and a real attention getter!
Thank you, R L. I'm really a doodler that tries to make sense of my drawings through the use of color. The shapes I draw are random in composition. For that reason, naming them is not always easy. Reading your assessment, gives me a lot to think about. I appreciate it.
