I am hosting a challenge and I created this prayer flag with painted papers, This one was for the gratitude prompt, "What book are you most grateful for'. I chose Julie Cameron"s Book, The Artists Way, so I added book page cut outs as well as tassels I made from thread. When The challenge starts I will post some more pictures of the Paper Prayer Flags.

I’m  unsure what you mean by ‘challenge’. Are entries ( if that’s the correct term?) to be in the form of a flag or is it sufficient to submit a work that somewhow illustrates the book we are most gratefull for? In my case it’s The Cambridge Dictionary of Philosophy which triggered a somewhat atypical form of mandala based on traditional form but containing ‘heretic’ subject matter. I’ve always been unable to give the work a name but maybe ‘Flagging a New God’ could fit?
