Here is a doodle portrait that I'm working on right now.  It seems like its already done but I'm thinking outlining the face with black pen, and also to add some shadings in pen , to add more depth. any suggestions?

So beautiful!  Tough call on to ink or not to ink...she's really gorgeous already!  I think adding the ink outline and shading would enhance her further and could only make her even more striking, if that's possible! :)  Great work!

I would give the face color. but that's me, I love nice work Luis, going to be beautiful when done!

Love what you have done with this piece of art. I do agree, adding ink to her features would make it 'belong' rather than have her lovely face isolated from the beauty of her hair doodles...

Awesome work. I really like this
Yes, add some definition to the face, so as to have a unified whole
(Personally, I would only add a thin even wash of ink for shading - eliminating any strokes that might take away from the design/pattern in the hair)

Thanks guys! I'll take all of your suggestions into consideration. I'll post it up once I'm done. your tips are all very helpful.! =-)

I would give her a 2 color feature with perhaps a colored iris of contrasting color, maybe purple black with iris high light in orange.Just my opinion or idea, cause I love color.Good job.

to me i would add more red in it somewhere dont know ,but thats my choice

Here she is now... I apologies for my very very late update. I opted to go digital with the colors and enhancements.

She looks GREAT, you have done a very nice job!
