The level of dtail in these drawings just astounds me! And I am equally impressed by how you combine colors with skill and balance. These remind me of my sister's quilts. Each one a mini masterpiece!

Thanks so much, Suzanne!  These floral abstracts were inspired by the patterns and repetition of quilts and textiles.

Soon I'll put up a tutorial in the Abstract Art Group about how I made these.  It's pretty easy once you know the steps, and there are endless combinations of colors and patterns, so each painting can look different. :)

Hi there, these look fantastic! I've already followed some tutorials and they've been great and helped me alot. I've only recently begun painting and you're site has been an inspiration.
