We were stuck up the hospital for a while yesterday so rather than sit staring a the out of date posters on the wall I did a bit of scribbling and splatting
The British herring gull has almost given up life on the oceon waves, it now tend to stick to seafront and city street where it snatches burgers chips, icecream and just about any food item that people are eating in the street
Some have even been picked up on stores security cameras wandering around and selecting items from the display before headingfir the exit with their unpaid for shopping

Not really they're like the urban foxes  that are so prolific in my neighbourhood they have found big advantages of living around humans, they've always followed the fishing fleets  and scavenged food throw away but the bolder ones  now shoot in and take the food while it's still being eaten,

when a bird that stands over 2 feet tall and has a wingspan of 60+ inch  flys into your face you tend. To drop what you're hold , most of the time they're so nimble they come in from behind  over your shoulder and grab your food before you know it
