This for me is a happy place and brings me fond memories of home.

I once got so fed up with the drab decor in a new appartment I moved into that I painted the walls bright yellow, bought a rust orange carpet and a lovely orange sofa and hung up some cheerful yellow and orange curtains. THEN I painted sunflowers on my walls, huge ones with a large sun in the warm sky.

Could I get rid of guests wanting to spend time there? hahah Not a chance, it was so cheerful, warm, rich and inviting and positive, and these aspects are what your painting makes me feel too.

wow! I really love how you contrasted the really detailed and realistic flowers with the abstract/cartoony sunset sky! it really makes the piece interesting and unique.
