Phenomenal!  Your portrait conveys General Sherman's character so well.  In the old photographs, I see a stern looking Union general, in this portrait I see a man of strength and conviction.  He has experienced war and knows that it is hell.

This was one of the photos of Sherman that I almost drew, but settled on another one instead.  You employ a beautiful technique in your drawing.  I love the results!
