Thank you Kat, cJane, Mary, Nelson and Mary P :) - partially it is acrylic, most of it is tinting/wall paint. These are the paint remains I don't want to waste after painting ^^ - I think soon I can show the whole tabletop-underwater-scene-surface :), but it's altering permanently.
