White Caran D'Ache Supracolour pencil on 16x20 gunmetal mount board.
I like this pic!
It's taken me many years of trial & error to finally find a satisfactory pencil/paper combination which works with this white-on-black style....ordinary black paper just hasn't got the muscle to take the pounding you have to give it to lay down a bold white, so I settled on black mount board, which is bomb proof.
The vast majority of white cp's aren't very good really because of the amount of wax used in the core, and of all the brands I've tried Caran D'Ache's Supracolour is by far the best....it's still not perfect though.
The next time I do a pic in this style, I'm going to set aside the cp's and see what I can come up with using gouache instead.
