I've just picked a second hand mercedes mpv 8 seater. It's low mileage it only just about reached the moon, most of the others I'd looked at have started their second trip to the moon with over 500,000 miles on the clock.
The back three seats are getting chucked out to make way for the scooters, as the crane in the back of of our old motor won't fiT I'm measure up for a new one that I'm going to make, one important measurements is how far in the back door shuts so i get in and shut the door......oh dear...oh @#$%.. who would put a child lock on to the tailgate door well I just found out. After sitting there for a while hoping some passing stranger would walk by and rescue me i had to phone home luckily helen could use the scooter to rescue me

Thank you , at that time of the day there aren't  many people moving about in that area so i could have been in for a look wait if helen couldn't  have made it.

This is the sort of thing i got involved  before I started painting, .  I know that they can cost anything up to £2,000 and even if i used all new parts i don't  suppose  it would have cost more than £150 ,  with a properly  equipped  work shop and a fitter with no mobility  problems,  i don't  it think would take much more than 5 house labour  so these companies  really sting disabled   people  who can't  make their own crane

Reminds me of when Jim and me were going to a funeral. Parking was difficult and Jim in his wisdom parked with the passenger side of the door hard against a high wall and there was me stuck. I could not get out. Off Jim went and sat down to tea at the wake. Where's Dorothy" he was asked. "Oh! and then the penny dropped! I had tried all sorts to get out including sounding the horn and trying to open the window - no luck. Guess who fell out after I was released from my temporary prison.

It's nicer when you have someone else to blame for getting stuck Dorothy  mine was totally  self inflicted  but then I've  never had a child lock on the tailgate before that I've noticed.
