this i an abstract, i had a painting that i loved , but it was never meant to be, i loved everything about it but visually it never worked for me so i smothered it in paint, instead of destroying it and created an abstract forest, swamp, etc. you will see what you want to see!!

I love it -- color use is fantastic and it truly looks like an abstract swamp with reflections in the water!  Wonderful...

This is fabulous Eugene!  My newest one, Rainbow Rain, was a photo on a large canvas from Ikea which I covered in gesso and then painted on.  This was my first shot at doing this, and also working on this large a piece, and I absolutely loved the experience!!!!  Well done!

it looks like you painted the biyou where the glorious alligators live  it could be late afternoon or early morning as the sun begins to rise I am seeing that from your painting. and the glorious alligators are just blow the surface of the water in the foreground.

Well I will say it is truly interesting.  I have been staring at it for a while and Im seeing rustic wood panels.  The kind you discover on some old forgotten building and want to keep.  I think its beautiful.
