Made it in 2 hours but finally got an A! oh I can't tell you how mean my Painting prof is.
or was.
He passed away last week :(
this is my last assignment with him.. :'( oh crap I got a dust in my eye *sobs*
Anyway this is my first attempt on painting a portrait. I used a reference (forget the link again, duh!) Turns out I am good in making portraits, eh? Tee hee finally we can get along well, eh, watercolors? :)
Oh and, my mom gets afraid to this painting, she says the eyes have a frightening depth that follows you everywhere you move around the room. LMAO

You have done a remarkable job capturing this young girl's expression Anna! I am sorry to hear that this class was so difficult...and sometimes I learn the most when I am pressed into a difficult learning environment. It is clear to me you have a good grasp on portraits! Keep up the good work. I totally understand how this face could be haunting. ; >

Lol thanks for all the comments :)

Thanks Suzanne! This painting is kind of unfinished though. Yeah I agree that I have learn the most in this hard environment. Although I dont get high scores, I did feel a great improvements.
