Morgan, my Grandson, takes part in WW2 re-enactments. This painting is based on a photo he took at the last meet.

nice work. over the years I've seen many re-enactments from the Romans to ww2 groups and have always bee amazed at the amount of hard work they do to get the details of dress right.... I was chatting to a first aider part of a ww2 unit who had been called on to help a roman soldier with a dislocated shoulder on the night before he'd had to help dress the wounds of a Saxon warrior who had sat on his's an interesting hobby
