thanks john those dogs are certainly made for the cold , there are a lot of people buying them over here and I'm not sure if that's right considering how warm it can get.
my woody loved rolling about in the frost and snow he'd make his version of snow Angel a terrier cross and weighed about 40lb. he was a short haired dog with no thick undercoat. he just loved the cold where one of the fields flooded with about 6 inches of water he lived breaking through the ice and splashi g about in the water
