Thank you very much Jim  for you comment on my painting strange mix,  I saw them while in town and did the sketch while having a coffee and added the watercolour when i got home.  I had a feeling he wasn't scottish and know the bagpipes are widely used but hadn't realised that they were used in the  basque region  but he certainly knew how to use them.
