Hello again, these are my two art sites, FaR and Colony Ning. As they are very different, or so I thought, I could reach a wider audience. Infact the same people appear on both, time and again!! Since the theft of my 5000+ water colours and drawings by paid thieves of St barths Human Research, I use canvas and acrylic, as the thieves also stole my art materials /and goods/ Canvases are not so easy to steal as were folders of paper water colours./I HOPE!!/ I am new to acrylics but I loved the delicacy of water colours more, however, at 74 yrs old, not only is there no hope of repeating the stolen work, as the lab st barths human Research noted, but my eyesight is failing, so the big bold acrylics on larger scale is easier on my eyes, than the majority of my A4 water colours in gentle colours a life time of work, 35 years of none stop. The lab members sold them as their own work to galleries and dealers and have and still make thousands from my endless work. I feel the english law is also to blame, I have been to every lawyer in the city, none can help, nor can the police, domestic theft is not a crime in UK!! Domestic theft, a whole time of paintings, of our lives and our families. Oh and the life drawing groups have to be paid for. Because Prince Charles visits the lab, they may commit any crime they wish, ANY!!
Hey, Mark, yes, I have seen a few familiar faces over here! Glad to see you made the transition! Not sure how to 'follow' people on this site, so my comments are more a hit and miss! FAR got to be too much about 'promoting' and receiving comments from people who are not traditional artists ! It is more fun and more profitable to do the art you love !! 2017 was a good year for me for sales and awards! Despite Hurricane Irma!! Jean

Digital art is accepted, as long as it fits the following definition: "Computer-generated art that is created by hand (i.e. using a tablet, stencil etc), either from scratch or from a reference source."
We've also put together a handy Guide to Getting Started, which may help answer any questions you may have, such as how to create a bio for your page.
