I did what I said I would do, I drew everything from landscapes to portraits to comics and cartooning. I did end up writing more than expected, but I did get my name on the IMBD database with a movie I wrote the screenplay for! I was told by a comic company to give up my dream of drawing for comics, that my writing was so strong I could pretty much write for anyone. That writing was just as important as drawing in the industry and they already have plenty of artists who are much better than I am. Ouch. They do have a point, my writing as improved in the last few years, with the movies and the books on the shelves, and I admit that I am a better writer than artist, so I have decided not to give up on being an artist, but just not a comic book artist. Go back to what I am good at. We'll see how it pans out in the next year!

I'm a firm believer that if you follow your passion it all works out in the end. Keep moving forward. :) All the best in 2014.
