Thanks Marilyn.  I take a multitude of tablets to keep me as pain free as possible.  I have not heard of the medication you mention but can you tell me who manufactures it and I will check with my Drs when next I see them.  Some of the tablets I take mean that I cannot take alchohol.  I used to like a glass of wine with a nice meal.

Hi Marilyn,  It seems we share more than our love of crafting.  I have a split spinal cord and fused vertebrae in my sacrum. Birth defect.  I am also a type 2 diabetic but take insulin and to cap it all I have Lupus.   Osteoarthritis in my knee after a fracture.. when all complaints get together to thwart my plans I get a bit down but I am upright and breathing so must not grumble..  Yes so long as I get comfortable in bed I am OK.

Hi Marilyn,   I have a few chronic health problems - some days ok other just so tired.  The saying "The Spirit is willing but the flesh is weak" is the story of my life at the moment.  I try to concentrate on what I can do rather than what I cannot do and it helps me through the difficult days.

Take care and will hopefully get my handiwork sorted out soon and post it.

I pretended not to hear for a while but the whole beach was alive with them.  Our dog was jumping about  and the I noticed some were trying to find a route up inside my swimming shorts the only thing near it that's happened before was with baby frogs leaving a pond the whole bank was alive with them

I collected them in the 1960s and 70's . I still have a big box of them from all over the world,  many of the countries  no longer  exist that are in my collection  with many new ones coming very violently  into existance

Hiya Marilyn, thanks for the compliments on my roller, and thanks for the info. Having the violet breasted roller as a national emblem is very the usual stuff.

As for the gentleness, I think the pastels do that. :o)

Hi  Marilyn  I was thinking the same as john the colour and chest markings didn't  look like all peregrine that I'ves seen.

i was wonder if it might be a prairie falcon  which  have the same speckled  chest and are sometimes on the same page as Peregrines in American  publications .

Its beautifully done  i just with i had that patients  and skill  to do something nearly as good

It definitely isnt a Perergrine Marilyn. They have a distinctive black moustache and their breasts are not as red.  It looks like a male Goshawk to me
