Hi Linda, I received your wonderful acts but am having problems with my scanner. I will post them as soon as it decides to work again. I love your cards ! They remind me of fireworks and put a big smile on my face. Thank you so much for the all goodies . Already have lots of ideas how to use them. XX
Hi Linda I sent a message to you, was looking at who was sending to me I look forward to receiving them from you, so please disregard the part I asked for your address...lol...having bad couple of weeks : ( the brain is all over the place : ( but still would love to be friends : )
Cheers Cindy xo
Hi Linda, I just hopped on to post your ATC's and saw your message. Thank you your ATC'S arrived this week. I too find the monochromatic swaps challenging . But i do like how it forces me to think outside my comfort zone. I also will be so happy to have a complete set of colors. Your one act , the flower, is that texture paste that you used? I really like how it pops against the dark purple. Your Fancy chick is so cute. Thanks again. Now I am off to upload your atS to the purple thread. Have a great day
Hi Linda. Thanks for understanding. I'll try to keep my memory closer by. I have your ATC's I'm missing the other set from the other partner. I either misplaced them or my memory of receiving those has been trifled with also. Oh well.....onto the greens......
Yes, I did get your ATC in early August. Thank you! I didn't post it here because I was in the middle of selling, packing and moving from the home I lived in with my husband and four children. We are in our new home now and I have no idea where your ATC is in all the boxes. Thank you, though for sharing that beautiful art museum information and for the cool ring!
Thanks Sweetie. I will check Michaels out. Hope you had a good weekend. My boys and I are going to a Japanese restaurant tonight for my youngest son's bday. It's really all of our favorite place, but Jay always wants to go there. They cook in front of you and are regular comedians, too and the food is outstanding. It's been here for years.
Boy Linda. I have so much stuff and I think I'm moving to a one bedroom apartment in the next 6 months or so. Now, I'm living with my mother for the last 3 1/2 yrs. taking care of her but I can't do the stairs anymore. They keep giving me hernias and I've had 3 knee replacements and tons of arthritis. Anyway, I always get stuff at thrift stores, garage sales or on sale and it's great, because sometimes I actually need something. Right now I have the small bedroom down here and the large bedroom is my craft room. I have no idea how I'm going to do it. I do know I will have to get a storage unit; another expense, but it can't be helped. I will still have tons of stuff. I will have to be super creative with storage. I think I'll have to have my bed 2-3 ft.off the ground!!"Smooch". Never heard of it but I love the affect. I get so much stuff online but never once heard a thing about this. I will definitely have to look into it. What store did you use and I'll see if we have it out here or I may have to look into it online. Very interested.
Hope all is well with you. I absolutely love the matchbook and the other little things you sent. You are such a doll.
Linda, I am so surprised and pleased. I just received you darling note, art work, words of love and encouragement and on and on it goes! You have no idea how you touched my heart. I'm going through a rough time since my daughter moved back to her ..........boyfriend with my adorable grand daughter when we all thought she gave him up and had done everything to show she was moving back here. He's a manipulator and she's a sucker for him for some reason only God knows. They are now in Cincinnati and our whole family is just sick about her decision. This is a whole long story. But this is the general idea. Your beautiful card-even the envelope is adorable. Your little cat drawing and then the match book work was awesome. I've never seen anything like it before. Your kind words, which I need right now so badly. And your tiny flowers brought me such joy. Did you use markers? And the metallic look; how did you get that affect? You are such a great artist! I can't thank you enough for thinking of me. I really feel it was through you, God blessed me. Isn't it a wonderful feeling that God used you to bless me? That is what this life is all about. We bless each other. However, for you to show me how you felt, is a rare occurrence. What a remarkable and memorable experience. Thank you again, so much, for the blessing, Linda and may God bless you richly, Cathey
