Thanks Gordon for the lovely comments, moored in the fog is one of four paintings completed since Saturday , I had dropped all the painting of already at the library on the Friday. Recently I've gone more of the 50 x 60 cm paintings and I though i could do with a bigger range of 30 x 40 cm and smaller sizes that might go better in one of the towns other libraries at laindon. I'm going into town later for my first proper look at all my paintings its my first exhibition of my work previously the most I've shown in one place was 6 paintings
Hi Gordon just a follow up on what you said on materials . I tend to use A4 300 g/m Daler Rowney paper for most of my watercolours because its available locally and I'm never to sure what to order on line . as for quantities of finished work I have in the region of 80 acrylic on canvas and a mixture 400 to 500 acrylic, watercolour and pencil works in folders. Most of my attempts to sell them have been unsuccessful and also I think I'm held back becausr lacking in confidence as a painter as it is something that I started out of the blue two and a half years ago and most of what I've picked up is from youtube
