Thanks Gordon. For years I've liked naive art but didn't realise that's what it's called and I'm more than happy for my work to carry that title..  with my art training consisting of watching only about 20 you tube video's and flicking through a few books and 20 months painting behind me ,I  decided  that  that I wasn't going to bother trying to do the fine detailed work many do and I 'd just try and do my own thing and have fun.

Best wishes paul

Hello Gordon,

Thanks for your positive comments on my works. The 18" X 18" needlepoints take about three weeks to complete. The 11" X 14" colored pencils ones: two or three days each.

Thank you Gordon for looking through my pictures for the comments and likes, much appreciated . By the way the Christmas cottage was based on my lovely memories of Woburn Sands and the cottage at the foot of Aspley Guise Bucks.

 Best . Kathy

Thanks for your nice comments Gordon. I started artwork 2 or 3 months ago as a hobby, some I like more than others but I suppose that's the same with most people. I find Alwyn Crawshaw's videos very helpful.

Gordon I am not just saying it --I love your work, the simplicity of style, the strong colours and the patterns, something I am keen on too-I really adore the patterns all around us and you have picked them out with wonderful clarity- they are really fantastic-- I am grateful that such a master of art considers me worth reviewing-- Absolutely wonderful stuff--
