Lyn, hope your wrist is working better these days and glad you liked Bubble Field. I like the second version more with the greater contrast.  I value contrast and it has much more. Doing a 2nd version in pencil... will see what happens.  By the way, is Devon close to where you live?  I saw a movie about A Milne and I see where his son Billy opened a bookstore in Devon maybe fifty years ago... sure it´s gone by now but maybe the family stepped in to preserve it?  Do you know?  Always loved Winne the Pooh..

Hi Lyn~ how nice to see someone on here that I recognize   it’s been about 3 years that I posted. Nelson encouraged me to come back. I’m glad I did. I’ll have to take a look at your work also. Looking forward to it ♥️

Thanks very much for the likes on my happy birthday  scribbles. It's not often that someone knows the day That they started painting and the  first time they used  a couple of paint brushes   but as it was such a shorter time and it was so different  from any of my hobbies  from the past it sticks in my mind

Thank you Lyn, seems appropriate to paint snow at the moment!  Hope you don't catch too much down there. x

thanks very much for the advice Lyn  I think rustys problems is he gets so focused on his ball  that he doesn't alway look where he's going and takes a tumble and I think he just pulled a muscle. I was on Glucosamine  on prescription myself for about 10 years until the NHS   stoppex prescribing it and didn't notice it made any difference when i came of it,  but then it might work differently on dogs so i'll look into it thank you.

at the moment we aren't taking him for his runs and he's only allowed in the garden to rest it  but he's going a bit stir crazy

Thank you Lyn.  We see these often as it's somewhere we like to walk by the sea.   So near Victory, I suspect they have a tale to tell!  Just had to have a go. I hope all's well with you and the boys in spite of the weather!

Thanks Lyn for your comment on my Fuschia.  I have not been painting for a year or two but back at the easel now.

I decided to do a series of paintings associated with my childhood, in particular my Grandfather.  He called these little flowers "little ballerinas".  I have one or two more in the pipeline and will post them when I get a moment to call my own.
