I've never done that, Cindy. I always upload it first and then put it in a certain portfolio.

Hi Cynthia, I hope you are feeling more settled in now here, lovely to view your paintings, and think you can either reply to other Artists on their features or on your own page, when in doubt I think the Administrator will assist any queries. Have a nice weekend!   Angela

Its so nice to see and follow the dialogue of your paintings as it really is so profound and simply beautiful to view!  Nice to re-unite with you once again on this Artist Site. Thankyou for your comments and feedback on some of my older paintings too!  Love the Kanja interpretations by way of these illustrations painted so eloquently!  Angela Susan

Hi Cynthia, I used yupo for the dragonfly & some of my koi & sunflower paintings. Yupo is such an exciting substrait  I started using it a little over a year ago & LOVE it. Thanks for liking my stuff :-)

Hi Cynthia,

Thanks for your comments. I used sakura pigma micron pens on my drawings and then added small amounts of shading with a graphite pencil. I can see what you mean about the ink running with the paint, but I think that in your pictures it has created a nice effect and goes well with your loose drawing style. I have combined the pens with paint occasionally. I found that they didn't run with oil paints. I haven't tried watercolor. I found that they sometimes ran with acrylics if the ink hadn't had enough time to dry. I could use ink on top of dry acrylic with no problem. sometimes I color the pictures with colored pencil. Mostly I have just used pen and pencil. (I like plain black and white)  I've also done some pictures with pastels, but I don't combine those with ink (It makes a mess of the pens!)
