"Fab pic Mairi. I found that having a clunking great plaster-cast on my leg/arm, is a good reason for getting away with not doing stuff.......like shopping, or moving about much at all really........heh! Wait 'till it starts itching though. :o)"

My Art Journey

I love colour and I am not really a fine detail person! I find that when I start painting, I lose myself in the tones and hues more than the exact size and shape of things. It's true of my thinking style I am a big picture thinker and an ideas person and then I hand the fine detail over to someone else.

I always had a pencil and paper in my hand as a child and used to love sitting on trains and buses looking out of the window and drawing whatever I saw. However, I was not encouraged…

Well, I will say make yourself some golden paste with tumeric , coconut oil and black organic pepper and boil it a little , by adding a little water and make into a not runny mixture but not to thick either, then eat a spoon with water or make it into a tea, and you will soon find all your pain gone and wont even know you had a cast on.  Read An elephant in my kitchen while you rest.  It is a brilliant read and ' A year in the Bush' by James Hendry.  Will keep you in  stitches.. haha.
