maybe you should leave drawing. Flowers are creative, baking is creative etc we have all sorts of creative areas. My ex would not let me draw, so I embroidered pictures. Seeing the little woman sewing satisfied him. I wane too, at first I could not stop drawing, now I have moved on to painting with acrylic, which is big and rough, instead of delicate and perfectionist as water colour is. Do flowers for a while.. by all means, bringing beauty and joy to people is no mean task and all things will have their bearing on your art when you return. I was a nurse for a very short time, but it taught me skeletons, so now I mainly continue with life drawing
I understand its must hard commenting when you're not producing.. hopfully one day you'll get your mojo back. I do what I can when I can. I've been laying of doing canvases for a while because of storage but with that show In September I'm in overdrive which wi make it even harder to pick out the ones to show.
At the moment my out and about on the beach have knocked me out and I feel half cooked and as aircon in houses is rare in the UK as we don't normally a have more than a few days very hot weather . it's been 3 weeks nearly now. Well i hope thing are ok with you and i hope your pens start working on something soon
