I am guilty of this as well but I recently discovered that with a magic eraser (mr.clean) and dawn dishwashing liquid will remove the paint by layer. I removed a very large area that I overpainted, let it dry completely and painted again…"
Well, aren't you the funny one Jim!! Now if I was trying to find the color for an orange & the color WAS Orange...why would I need to research it??? When I was trying to tone down the Orange & I added white, it was peach. So, once again- I got on the phone with my dad & he suggested to tone it down with yellow & wa-la it worked :)
Thank you for the really nice comments about my spooky tree & the daisy painting! I'm now working on my first still life, a bowl of fruit ...yesterday I was researching the color an orange should be! Hmmm-- how bout ORANGE. I'm over thinking & driving myself crazy!
